The hotel is conveniently located near Thames Town, which is a popular tourist destination. The staff at the hotel are friendly and welcoming. The room that I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with nice decor. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, which is a plus. The bathroom amenities provided were of good quality, adding a touch of luxury to the stay.
There were a few downsides to my experience. The breakfast provided at the hotel was a bit disappointing.

The exclusive amenities at the hotel were luxurious and exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious, with private facilities and a stunning outdoor dining area. The location advantages were innumerable, with easy access to restaurants and bars. Cons: the service was below what I expected, with staff unable to fulfill some of my minor requests. Despite this, their friendly attitude made the stay pleasant.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the decorations were lovely and created a cozy atmosphere. the breakfast was amazing, with fresh options and homemade pastries. the location was perfect - close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the carpet had some stains and the linens were not as clean as they could have been.

The reception area is a bit unconventional, without a proper desk or reception place.
